Young Saints fall to Deni Rhinos

Ollie Batten top scored with 19 not out, Harvey Swann got 18 and Jack Phillips finished 17 not out.

In reply, the Rhinos were too strong, finishing at 3-112.

For Deni, Jacob Holschier finished 39 not out and Henry Pisasale on 29 not out to be the Rhinos’ top scorers.

Will Batten 2-7 and Jack Phillips 1-20 were the pick of the bowlers for Berrigan.

Ollie Batten claimed the Federal Hotel Parmi Award, Jack Phillips picked up the Loats Family Award and Ella Swann claimed the Albury Sportspower Award.

This week the Saints’ under-13s travel to Katunga tomorrow night.

Berrigan’s under-15s travel to Cobram this week, and the under-11s host Barooga.
