Wilson was spectacular in tandem with Shanae Doherty and was recognised as the most influential player on the court at the end of the 41-32 grand final win against Tallygaroopna.
Wilson and Doherty managed just four goals between them in the first quarter, forcing coach Jen Smith to bring Nhykira Mansfield off the interchange and into centre for the second quarter.

The impact of Mansfield was immediate and supply to Wilson increased to the point she shot all nine Merrigum goals as the margin remained at five at half-time.
Captain Jorja Tranter and defensive partner Allana Adams stepped it up in the third term and a 16-6 quarter gave Merrigum a five-goal margin with a quarter to play.
Jade Christou and Charlee-Rose Quinton-Thompson combined in the mid-court with Mansfield to maintain the advantage in the final term when Merrigum outscored Tally 12-8 for the premiership victory.
