Tom Stevens did the most damage with the ball for Rushworth with 4-17 off eight overs.
- Charles Ryan with 63 helped Colbinabbin post a winning score of 168 against Stanhope.
Stanhope openers Brad Stewart (53) and Matt Evans (33) had their side on course for victory but once they fell Adam McPhee (4-3) and Fletcher White (3-33) took control with the ball for Colbo.
- Echuca’s 227 runs was too much for he Moama batsmen, out for 167.
B Grade - Murray
Tongala’s modest score of 103, of which Sid Jani top scored with 20, was still enough to secure the premiership points against Girgarre, bunded out for 73 with Charlie Lowe’s fighting innings of 42 not out proving in vain.
Callum Tucker with 4-12 off eight overs did the most damage with the ball for Tongala.
- Cooma’s 154, of which Hunter Fawcett made 38 and Ben Napier 36, was enough to secure the premiership points against Nondies-Cohuna who came up 12 runs short in its run chase.
Jake Hubble took 4-43 to help Cooma bring off the win.
- Echuca South won a tight clash with Rochester while L-G had a comfortable win over Moama in the other two games.
C GRADE
A top all-round performance from Sam Vick engineered a win for Fire Brigade over BLU.
Vick made a punishing 69 with 11 fours and two sixes and then took 5-27.
Vick and Brodie Boal-Ryan, with a dashing 71 with 11 fours and two sixes, helped the Flames post 212, and in reply BLU was restricted to 168.
- Opener Billy Gahan’s 56 out of Girgarre’s score of 108 proved a match-winner against Stanhope, out for 97 with Jake Tooley taking 4-15.
- Cooma was restricted to 47 against Echuca, who didn’t lose a wicket in securing the premiership points.
Opener Bailey Hiscock with 21 provided most of Cooma runs.
- Rhys Holmberg with 55 and Aaron Juffs with 43 helped Elmore post a winning score of 9-232 against Rochester restricted to 7-152.
D GRADE
Tongala chased down Fire Brigade’s score of 114, of which Jeff Turpin made an unbeaten 52 in an opening stand of 61 with his son Jedd, who made 20.
But Andrew Reid’s unbeaten half-century for Tongala steered his side to victory in 29 overs.
- An 103 opening stand between Tom Hepburn (50) and Jayke Fisher (53) set up a winning score of 6-161 for Stanhope against Echuca, who reached 8-152 in reply.
Cooper Fisher starred with the ball for Stanhope with 4-24 off eight overs.
- Rushworth was beaten in a tight clash with Moama.
Moama took 34.1 overs to cover the Tigers’ score of 124, of which opener Brett Pateman made an unbeaten 51.
