Merrigum driver allegedly refused breath test

The driver was asked to provide his licence, and when he did not, he was taken back to the Kyabram police station, Leading Sen Constable Druggon said.

A Merrigum man, 30, has been charged on summons with refusing a breath test and driving without a licence and is expected to appear in Echuca Magistrates’ Court at a later date.
