The awards were held on Saturday, March 16, at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne, where McConnell First National Real Estate was recognised for its outstanding achievements.
McConnell First National principal Brendan McConnell said the event encourages First National’s agents to continue striving for “performance improvement that benefits customers”.
“We are incredibly proud of their success and grateful for their contributions to our company and the real estate industry as a whole,” he said.
Mr McConnell attributes last year’s success to Kyabram’s strong market and the hard-working team behind the agents, such as the admin and reception staff.
“These awards are a testament to my staff’s dedication to serving our clients with the highest level of professionalism and integrity,” Mr McConnell said.
Mr McConnell himself won the Platinum Commission Award; Tom Curnow won the Platinum Residential Commission Award; and Meaghan Monro won the Gold Revenue Award.
The General Excellence and Marketing Awards are judged on gross commission across Victorian and Tasmanian First National branches for 2023.
Platinum awards are the second highest awarded rank, bested by diamond level, reserved for Australia’s highest-selling properties.
The winners are to compete in the network national awards, which will be announced at the network’s annual convention in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in May.
On behalf of the Free Press, congratulations to the winners and good luck for the next stage.
