Join Yarrawonga Cemetery's working bee and barbecue

New beams for headstones, a path to the rotunda and many other ideas are currently in progress.

Now the Yarrawonga and District Cemetery Trust needs your help with a working bee on April 12 at 10am.

Everyone is encouraged to come along and contribute where you can. Tools are provided.

Enjoy a barbecue lunch afterwards.

Please note that throughout the working bee, all glass and ceramics will be removed from graves.

Any artificial flowers that are expired, will also be disposed of.

If you have any treasured mementos you would like to keep that don’t comply, please take them home considering they are at risk of disposal.

Trust members understand that this is a sensitive issue but safety and compliance with the regulations must be upheld.
