Maiyah Hinzk, Poppy Coombs and Toby Kennedy danced away with distinctions following their Southern Federation of Dance practical jazz examination.
Isabella Mongta, Daisy Griffiths, Charlotte Brunt, Maia Allan, Tom Kilborn, Ivy Walker, Skye Starritt and Grace Dicketts received distinctions on conclusion of their ballet exam, based on the Russian method of classical ballet and held by the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet.
Echuca iDance owner and principal Jacqui Kornmann said she was proud of every one of her students.
“They all worked and continue to work so hard,” Ms Kornmann said.
“Everyone did really well and there were a lot of students who were extremely close to getting distinctions as well.”
As a result of their outstanding exam results, Tommy Kilborn, Daisy Griffiths and Maia Allan have all been cast as performers in the Nutcracker Ballet at Hamer Hall in Melbourne from December 20 to 22.
Daisy and Maia were granted a two-week study scholarship at the Australian Conservatoire of Ballet.
