NSW Electoral Commissioner John Schmidt said early voting centres around the state were preparing for strong demand.
They will be open from 18 March through to 24 March except for Sunday 19 March.
Recent elections held in Australia, at the federal, state and local government levels, have seen a marked increase in the number of voters turning out in person to vote early, the commission said.
"If you will not be able to vote on election day and are eligible to vote early, find your local early voting centre today," Mr Schmidt said.
"One of the best ways to plan your vote is by using the Find my electorate tool on the NSW Electoral Commission website".
"This is an easy way to find information relating to your electorate, nearest voting or early voting centre and opening times, candidates and more, all in one place."
Mr. Schmidt also noted strong demand for casting postal votes, with 464,114 applications received since being opened in mid-January, with the closing date on 20 March.
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese joined Labor leader Chris Minns on the campaign trail in Sydney's inner-west on Friday, including knocking back a couple of beers to celebrate St Patrick's Day.
Meanwhile, Premier Dominic Perrottet headed up to Willoughby in northern Sydney to shore up support for an electorate that went teal in the federal elections.
