The long-awaited re-opening (on Saturday, November 6) will bring with it a reward for patrons, as all tickets will be $12.
Theatre boss Lisa Ratcliffe said the theatre management group had re-assessed its ticket prices and there would be no separate prices for children and adults.
“All tickets will be $12. It is sort of a welcome back to the community,” she said.
The return of general movie screenings will continue every Saturday and Tuesday at 7.30pm, with doors open from 7pm, until the last showing of the year on December 14.
“Government regulations will stand, people will have to wear masks indoors and will need to be fully vaccinated,” Ms Ratcliffe said.
“We have a seating limit of 90.
“We also have some live shows coming up towards the end of the year, with the school concerts and dance concerts.
“As we move to the 90 per cent fully vaccination rate we will be able to open to full audiences.”
Ms Ratcliffe said the group had found it challenging to track down movies, but would be bringing the latest available to the theatre.
“Our last showing of the year will be on Tuesday, December 14, and we will close until mid-January,” she said.
“The canteen will still be available, most things will be as they were before the shutdown.”
