Desna Atkins Brierley marked her 80th birthday in style at the Peppermill Shepparton on Saturday, March 26.
A Mooroopna girl at heart, she made the trip from the Central Coast, NSW, to celebrate this special milestone with loved ones.
Surrounded by family, friends and even a few familiar faces from her high-school days, the room was filled with laughter and love.
A heartfelt (and hilarious) speech from Desna’s sister, Noreen Earl, sharing stories of Desna’s mischievous childhood antics, had everyone in stitches.
It was a fantastic day enjoyed by all — a true testament to a life well lived and loved.
Here’s to 80 wonderful years and many more to come!
